Whoa man! I am several entries behind, but I need to make some comments! Your apple crisp from a while ago looks really delicious! I've been looking at a few different crisp recipes lately.. trying to come up with something I like. That fried tempeh looks excellent as well.. I went to vegcooking.com but didn't see the recipe! >.<

i love yr vegan baking cookbook. i am naturally a good baker so its cool to read other's ideas/reipes on the topic.
i made the apple butter cookies today and they are AMAZING!!! i didn't have ginger so i used freshly ground nutmeg and they turned out wonderful. i am actually testing several cookie recipes for my sister's baby shower and this one will for sure be on the menu!
